Avenue Code earns SF Best Places to Work, SF Best Large Companies to Work For, and SF Best Benefits at Built In’s San Francisco Bay Area Awards.
Built In recently announced that Avenue Code was honored in three categories of its 2022 Best Places To Work Awards. Specifically, Avenue Code earned a place in SF Best Places to Work, SF Best Large Companies to Work For, and SF Best Perks and Benefits in the San Francisco Bay Area. Built In’s annual awards program includes companies of all sizes, from startups to enterprises, and honors remote-first employers as well as companies in the eight largest tech markets across the U.S.
Zeo Solomon, Avenue Code’s Chief Strategy Officer, said that “In 2021, Avenue Code doubled in size and opened new offices globally, growth that would not have been possible without the strong internal culture that drives everything we do, from hiring to advising our clients on next gen solutions.”

Built In determines the winners of Best Places to Work based on an algorithm, using company data about compensation, benefits, and companywide programming. To reflect the benefits candidates are searching for more frequently on Built In, the program also weighs criteria like remote and flexible work opportunities, programs for DEI, and other people-first cultural offerings.
