Avenue Eco introduces its first application built on top of its platform to deliver a human-centered product suite.
New Products to Support People-First Management
For years, Avenue Code, a company that made a name for itself externally as a trusted advisor to Fortune 100 companies and enterprise organizations across verticals and internally as a people-first work culture, searched the market for products that would satisfy the demands of a multinational company but could not find complete solutions that would actually minimize the manual labor and bureaucratic stresses so common to HR and CRM technology, let alone support employees in a new, post-pandemic paradigm to work remotely, foster work-life balance, and preempt burnout. This gap inspired Avenue Code to turn its consultative expertise to create a new product suite with three strategic and innovative solutions for global management. The experience of serving top companies globally – combined with Avenue Code’s own expansion into South America, Canada, and Europe – gave the consultancy first-hand knowledge of common organizational pain points. Many of these revolved around finding the right technology management tools to support global expansion and a healthy, balanced lifestyle for employees.
With the backing of Avenue Code founders and as a culmination of years of experience gained through global work, on September 5th, 2022, Avenue Eco released its first product in Brazil.
Avenue Eco for Management, Recruiting, and Sales
Avenue Eco features three products:
- Avenue Engage, a global timesheet and productivity management software;
- Avenue Expand, a recruiting tool to bring agility to the hiring processes; and
- Avenue Exceed, a full-cycle sales tracking tool to convert leads into customers.
The product suite takes a human-centered approach to technology, seeking to make the workplace healthier by reducing bureaucratic processes and giving back time and energy for managers to focus on strategic decisions. Each product solves common problems in the day-to-day operations of multinational organizations: managing team productivity across countries and employment types; acquiring and retaining great talent; and organizing lead-tracking to maximize every sales opportunity.
All three products are also built to enable swift and easy customization and deployment. “The Avenue Eco platform is built with the mindset that change is part of business and software must be updated through BPM and deployed within hours,” said Chief Technology Officer Amir Razmara.
Avenue Eco Release Schedule
Avenue Eco will follow a phased release schedule, with Avenue Engage as the first product to be launched in the third quarter of 2022. The first release of Avenue Engage occurred on September 5th, 2022, to help companies in South America’s largest country accommodate highly complex labor laws. The timesheet and productivity management software will be released in the United States and Europe by the year’s end.

Avenue Engage is a complete solution for online time management that accommodates the unique labor laws of each geography. It supports full-time and part-time employees, contractors, and freelancers in face-to-face, hybrid, or remote models. Users can clock in and list their work activities on their cell phones or computers from anywhere in the world.
